ReCirculytics was formally established in August 2025 to create a dedicated, execution-driven EPR compliance practice in India.
Our foundation, however, was built long before incorporation — through years of hands-on engagement with Extended Producer Responsibility frameworks across Plastic Packaging, E-Waste, Batteries, and Used Oil. We worked directly within the realities of regulatory interpretation, portal filings, data validation, target computation, and audit support.
As India’s EPR ecosystem expanded, compliance became more data-intensive, scrutiny-driven, and operationally complex. Businesses required more than advisory — they needed structured, regulator-aligned execution.

Sujain Jain is a first-attempt Chartered Accountant and one of the early pioneers of
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance in India. With hands-on
supervision of 400+ Annual Return filings, he brings deep operational and strategic
expertise across regulatory reporting, EPR credit management, and technology-led
compliance workflows.
