ReCirculytics was formally established in August 2025 to create a dedicated, execution-driven EPR compliance practice in India.
Our foundation, however, was built long before incorporation — through years of hands-on engagement with Extended Producer Responsibility frameworks across Plastic Packaging, E-Waste, Batteries, and Used Oil. We worked directly within the realities of regulatory interpretation, portal filings, data validation, target computation, and audit support.
As India’s EPR ecosystem expanded, compliance became more data-intensive, scrutiny-driven, and operationally complex. Businesses required more than advisory — they needed structured, regulator-aligned execution.
ReCirculytics was created to meet that need.
Today, we support Producers, Importers, and Brand Owners with compliance systems that are risk-first, data-driven, and built to withstand CPCB scrutiny — not just meet reporting deadlines.

The Gap We Identified
As India’s EPR frameworks expanded across Plastic Packaging, E-Waste, Batteries, Used Oil, and other waste streams, one challenge became increasingly evident:
Compliance was often fragmented.

- Recyclers managed credits.

But few integrated these components into a structured, defensible compliance system.
